Why Cashback on The Good Guys beats coupon codes
Coupon-code sites redistribute promo codes that often carry expiry, category exclusions, or minimum spend restrictions. The Good Guys' own Latest Offers page is the reliable source. ShopBack Cashback on The Good Guys applies when you go through ShopBack before you pay, without a code, so eligible orders earn Cashback regardless of whether a promotional code is active or working that day. That difference matters most on Bonus Buys markdowns that already sit below coupon minimums.

FAQ
Does The Good Guys have coupons? Yes. The Good Guys publishes promo codes on its Latest Offers page and issues site-wide codes during EOFY, Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day. AU shoppers can also go through ShopBack before checkout so part of the cost of eligible orders comes back as Cashback.
How do I get a The Good Guys promo code that actually works? The safest source is thegoodguys.com.au. The retailer surfaces active codes on its homepage and Latest Offers page during major sale windows. Third-party coupon aggregators often list expired codes, so check thegoodguys.com.au first, then go through the ShopBack The Good Guys page before you pay.
When does The Good Guys run its biggest sales? The recurring The Good Guys sale calendar centres on EOFY in late June, Click Frenzy in November, Black Friday in late November, Cyber Monday the following Monday, and Boxing Day on 26 December. Weekly Bonus Buys and Concierge member offers rotate through the year on TVs, laundry, kitchen appliances, and computing.
Does The Good Guys have EOFY deals? Yes. The Good Guys typically runs one of the year's largest sale windows in the lead-up to 30 June, with markdowns concentrated on TVs, laundry, refrigerators, dishwashers, small kitchen appliances, computing, and home office lines that overlap with tax-time deduction shopping. Bonus Buys and free-delivery offers often run at the same time.
How do I save more on The Good Guys? Check Bonus Buys and Concierge member offers, use a promo code from the Latest Offers page, and go through ShopBack before you pay. Ask in-store for a price-match against a competing AU retailer's live price. Time larger appliance buys to EOFY, Click Frenzy, or Boxing Day. Use Click and Collect from your local store to skip delivery fees.
What is The Good Guys Concierge? Concierge is The Good Guys' free customer membership programme, complementary to the paid Gold Service Extras plan. Members access member-only offers, sales, giveaways, plus discounts across gift cards, groceries, movie tickets, dining, travel, fashion, and streaming. As of 2026, the 90 Day StoreCash program typically lets shoppers earn StoreCash amounts (usually issued in $20 blocks) into a digital wallet, each block valid for 90 days from issue and redeemable in a single transaction with no change given on unused balance. Gold Service Extras members who activate their free 90 Day StoreCash Digital Wallet currently receive three $20 StoreCash amounts every 12 months of their plan, plus Bonus StoreCash offers and Exclusive VIP Offers. Verify the current StoreCash structure and caps on thegoodguys.com.au before action. Concierge StoreCash is separate from ShopBack Cashback, which comes from going through ShopBack before you pay.
Does The Good Guys price match? Yes. The Good Guys offers a price beat commitment against qualifying AU competitor prices on the same product model. The customer presents the competing quote in-store or online chat. If you buy online, go through ShopBack before you pay and the Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account.
Which The Good Guys categories give the best Cashback? Rates change throughout the year. Live rates for The Good Guys categories are published on the ShopBack The Good Guys merchant page. Popular The Good Guys categories include TVs, laundry, refrigerators, dishwashers, computing, small appliances, and audio.
How does ShopBack work with The Good Guys? Click through to The Good Guys via the ShopBack The Good Guys merchant page or the ShopBack browser extension before checkout. Eligible orders track Cashback in the ShopBack account, then convert to withdrawable Cashback after The Good Guys confirms the order. Check the live rate and terms on the store's ShopBack page.
Is ShopBack safe to use for The Good Guys purchases? Yes. ShopBack sends you to thegoodguys.com.au to buy. The checkout, payment, and returns are all completed on thegoodguys.com.au under The Good Guys' own policies. ShopBack never sees payment card details, and Cashback is credited after The Good Guys confirms the transaction.
Can I use a The Good Guys promo code and ShopBack on the same order? You do not need a code for ShopBack. A The Good Guys promo code goes into The Good Guys' own checkout as usual, and opening the store from its ShopBack page is the step before you pay, so part of what you spend comes back as Cashback.
Can I use Click and Collect at The Good Guys? Yes. The Good Guys offers Click and Collect from most stores nationally. For an online Click and Collect order, start from the ShopBack The Good Guys page before you pay. Delivery and installation are also supported for large appliances at selected locations.
What is The Good Guys' return policy? The Good Guys sets its own change of mind returns rules, including the time limit and condition of the product, so check the returns policy on thegoodguys.com.au before you buy. Faulty products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. Cashback is based on what you keep: if you return or cancel part of an order, the Cashback adjusts to match.
How is ShopBack different from coupon or promo code sites? ShopBack is a Cashback aggregator, not a coupon site. Cashback earned on eligible orders is credited as real, withdrawable cash to your ShopBack account after the merchant confirms the purchase. Coupon and promo code sites redistribute codes that are often expired, restricted, or subject to fine print that voids the saving at checkout. ShopBack Cashback tracks when you go through ShopBack before you pay, so it applies to qualifying orders without a code.
Does The Good Guys have coupon codes that actually work? The Good Guys does publish promotional codes during sale windows, but codes often carry expiry, category exclusions, or minimum spend restrictions that reduce or void the saving at checkout. ShopBack Cashback on The Good Guys applies when you go through ShopBack before you pay, without a code, so eligible orders earn Cashback regardless of whether a promotional code is active or working that day.
How do I save on The Good Guys without a promo code? Click through to The Good Guys via the ShopBack The Good Guys merchant page or the ShopBack browser extension before checkout. ShopBack tracks the order and credits Cashback on eligible categories, no code required. Check the live rate and terms on the store's ShopBack page.
