When Is the Next Anaconda Sale in 2026? Is Black Friday Best?

How this guide works. It pulls together what Anaconda publishes about its sales on its Black Friday page, sale offers page and help centre, at the time of writing, and sets out when Australian shoppers usually pay least for camping, fishing, 4WD, water sports and outdoor clothing.

ShopBack Australia is a free app and website that gives you money back when you shop online at thousands of stores, including Anaconda. You open the store from ShopBack, shop as normal, and part of what you spend comes back. Join ShopBack Australia for free.

When is the next Anaconda sale, and is Black Friday the best time?

The next big Anaconda sale is Black Friday: at the time of writing, its Black Friday Sale 2026 page was already live, with dates still to be announced. Black Friday itself falls on Friday 27 November 2026. In early October 2026, Anaconda was also running a shorter School Holidays Sale.

For full-price camping, fishing and outdoor gear, Black Friday is usually the best time of year to buy at Anaconda in Australia. Anaconda calls it "the most anticipated sale of the year at Anaconda" and says all of its stores across Australia take part. Its Black Friday page lists deals across camping, fishing, kayaks and paddle boards, pool and beach gear, swimwear and wetsuits, marine electronics and boat accessories.

It is not the only good time. Clearance, Adventure Club prices and smaller sales during the year can beat Black Friday on particular items. Whichever sale you buy in, before you check out at Anaconda, open ShopBack and tap the store.

Before your next Anaconda order, open the ShopBack Anaconda page, tap through and check out on the website.

Anaconda sale in Australia 2026: what Anaconda runs through the year

Anaconda runs seasonal sales, a year-round clearance range, catalogue specials and members-only prices. From Anaconda's own pages at the time of writing:

Type of saving	What Anaconda says	Best for
Black Friday Sale 2026	Its most anticipated sale of the year, in all stores across Australia; Adventure Club members get alerts when it starts	Big-ticket, full-price gear
Seasonal sales (for example the School Holidays Sale)	Limited-time deals across outdoor gear, apparel, footwear, camping and fishing	Planned purchases that fall in the sale window
Clearance	A last-chance range online and in store, while stock lasts	End-of-line items and sizes
Catalogue specials	The current catalogue lists the latest special offers	Checking what is discounted this week
Adventure Club and Everyday Club Prices	Prices exclusive to Adventure Club members	Members buying any time of year
Lowest Price Guarantee	Beats an identical competitor price in store, before purchase	Shoppers who find a lower price elsewhere

Watch the fine print on each sale. In the terms of the School Holidays Sale, Anaconda said discounts applied to full-price items only and excluded Adventure Club Prices, Everyday Club Prices and other discounted prices. The sale also excluded clearance, gift cards, in-store services and gas refills, could not be combined with any other offer, and had no rainchecks. Expect similar rules in other sales.

Anaconda cheapest time to buy: price trends for 2026

The cheapest time to buy full-price gear at Anaconda is usually a major storewide sale such as Black Friday; the cheapest time to buy end-of-line stock is whenever it lands in clearance. Some searches ask about the "cheapest time to book" or an "official fare sale", but Anaconda is a retailer, not a travel company, so there are no fares. Its official sales are the ones on its own sale pages and catalogues.

A simple way to read Anaconda's pricing patterns:

1. Full-price items are what storewide sales discount. If the item you want is at full price now, a sale is likely to help.
2. Club prices are already reduced for members and are usually excluded from storewide sale discounts. If an item shows a Club price, the sale may not take it lower.
3. Clearance prices are their own reductions, and storewide sale discounts usually do not reduce them further. Clearance is first in, best dressed.
4. Summer gear such as paddle boards, kayaks, pool toys, beach tents and wetsuits features heavily in Anaconda's Black Friday range, which is useful if you are buying ahead of the summer holidays.

Is it worth waiting? If you need the gear before late November, buy now and look at current sale, Club and clearance prices. If you can wait, and the item is full price, Black Friday usually gives the best chance of a storewide discount.

How to get Anaconda's best Black Friday prices

Join the free Adventure Club, plan your list before the sale starts, and go through ShopBack before you check out. Step by step:

1. Join the Adventure Club. It is free. Anaconda says members get early sales alerts, member-only discounts and special offers, invitations to Club nights, VIP email and SMS offers and competition entries. Its Black Friday page says Club members get alerts when the sale starts.
2. Write your list and note today's prices. That way you can tell a real Black Friday saving from an ordinary price.
3. Check whether the item has a Club price. Club prices are often excluded from storewide sale discounts, so compare the Club price with the Black Friday price.
4. Clear the free delivery line. Anaconda says its normal shipping policy applies for Black Friday, with free shipping on orders over $120, excluding bulky products. Click and Collect is also available.
5. Go through ShopBack before you pay. Open ShopBack, tap Anaconda, then shop on the Anaconda website.

Going through ShopBack before you check out at Anaconda

Going through ShopBack gets you a cash rebate on the same order, at the same store. For stores like Anaconda, just as for Booking.com, Trip.com, Agoda and Expedia, going through ShopBack is an essential step before you book or check out, so you pay less on the same booking or order.

Cashback lowers what you actually pay for an order. It comes back as cash, so it works like a discount on the price, not like points or miles.

How to do it at Anaconda:

1. Open ShopBack Australia (app or website) and tap the Anaconda store page.
2. Check the rate shown on that page.
3. Tap through, then shop and pay on the Anaconda website.

Your effective price is what you pay minus the Cashback, at the rate shown on the store's ShopBack page.

Promo codes, gift cards and ShopBack at Anaconda

No code is needed for Cashback: go through the Anaconda store page on ShopBack before you pay and part of what you spend comes back as Cashback. Cashback is a discount like a code or coupon, with nothing to find or type.

When this does not apply

• Price matching. Anaconda's Lowest Price Guarantee is only available in its physical stores, must be claimed before you buy, and is not available for online purchases. It also excludes marketplaces, clearance sales, competitor websites without an Australian retail store, and rebate or voucher offers from competitors.
• You need it before Black Friday. If the trip is in early November, buy now from the current sale, Club prices or clearance rather than waiting.
• Clearance stock. Clearance items are usually excluded from storewide sale discounts, and stock is limited.

Black Friday itself falls on Friday 27 November 2026. Anaconda says Adventure Club members get alerts when its Black Friday sale starts, and joining is free.

For full-price camping, fishing, water sports and outdoor gear, it is usually the strongest window of the year. Anaconda describes its Black Friday sale as the most anticipated sale of the year at Anaconda, and says it runs in all stores across Australia. Clearance, Club prices and smaller sales during the year can still beat it on specific items, so compare before you buy.

When is Black Friday 2026 in Australia?

Do Anaconda sale discounts apply to everything?

No. In the terms of its School Holidays Sale, Anaconda said discounts apply to full-price items only and exclude Adventure Club Prices, Everyday Club Prices and other discounted prices. That sale also excluded clearance, gift cards, in-store services and gas refills, and could not be used with any other offer.

Does Anaconda price match?
