VistaPrint is an online printing and marketing-products company, so design and pick your print order, then check out through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code. It started in 1995 by reimagining the business card and now trades as part of Cimpress plc (Nasdaq: CMPR). VistaPrint Australia does not run a points or tiered loyalty programme. Account tools are My Projects and My Favourites for saving designs and reordering, plus Corporate Pricing for larger businesses, a Reseller Program, and published Student and Essential Workers discounts. With no tier to protect, the savings levers are order size (clearing the $79 free-delivery line), Standard rather than Fast Track delivery, and clicking through from the ShopBack VistaPrint page, where the rate is split between new and existing VistaPrint customers.

Standard costs $9.99 or is free over $79 after discounts. Fast Track costs $19.99 and speeds production but may still use regular post. Officeworks runs its print service through its stores, so counter pickup is its lever for urgent, simple jobs. VistaPrint is delivery-only with production built into the timeframe, so it suits planned orders where template design, finish options and range (business cards through to pull-up banners, corflute signs, packaging and branded clothing) matter more than speed. Canva Print produces designs made inside Canva, so it is strongest when your artwork already lives there. VistaPrint offers in-browser templates, the VistaCreate design tool and 99designs for commissioned work, plus a wider physical range covering signage, promotional products, drinkware, packaging and teamwear. Starting from a blank page or needing design help favours VistaPrint; printing an existing Canva file means comparing delivered price and timeframe on both. Larger products and large quantities cost more to ship, so VistaPrint adds a bulky fee to the Standard or Fast Track fee, with a lower rate for metro areas than for regional and remote areas. If your order qualifies for free Standard delivery, you pay only the bulky fee, and it is charged once per order however many large items are included. Typical bulky items are pull-up banners, flags, XL banner stands, large posters, A0 foam boards and corflute signs, and 1200 x 900 mm aluminium or acrylic signs. These cannot go to PO boxes, so use a street address.

VistaPrint publishes a Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not happy with what arrives, contact customer care on 1800 864 973 or through the help centre and they will reprint or otherwise put it right. VistaPrint also says it stands by the arrival date shown at checkout, allowing for weather and carrier delays, and treats a late order as a satisfaction issue. A free reprint on an order you keep does not change your Cashback.
