Standard shipping is free over $299 in eligible zones, and Gold members get it free over $199. Below that, fees run from $15.95 in the eastern capitals to $33.95 in WA country, which has no free tier, per the zone table above. The Northern Territory, external territories and dry zones are not served.

Ready for Delivery wines are stocked in the Sydney warehouse and dispatch in 1 to 3 business days. Marketplace wines are sourced from partner wineries and importers on demand, so the order ships once everything has reached Sydney, adding 3 to 10 business days, and the vintage may differ from the one listed. Marketplace items cannot be returned or changed, and International Marketplace orders take around 5 months. You do not need to be home. Deliveries go through Australia Post or, for winery-direct orders, a courier; if nobody is there the parcel is held at the nearest post office or depot, and whoever collects it must be 18 or over with ID matching the consignee name. Authority to Leave is available on credit card orders only, not PayPal. PO Boxes are fine, parcel lockers may refuse alcohol, and a returned parcel incurs a re-delivery fee.
