GiftBox

Apply the best GiftBox promo code or card offer you qualify for, then go through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount on the same order, only easier than a promo code. There is nothing to find or type, it does not use up your one GiftBox promo code, and it still lowers the price when no code is running. Part of what you pay comes back as Cashback: check the rate shown on ShopBack's GiftBox page before you buy.

As of 4 October 2026 giftbox.com.au runs a Promotions section with a Crazy Hot Prices page, a Clearance section, a New arrivals section and a live Halloween promotion, with the Father's Day event already closed for the year. For the rest of 2026 the Australian gifting calendar runs through Black Friday on 27 November, Cyber Monday on 30 November, Secret Santa and Kris Kringle season in December and Boxing Day on 26 December.

GiftBox's shipping page lists four options: free Click & Collect ready in up to four hours from your local Smokemart & GiftBox store, same-day delivery for $9 when you order by 2pm in areas served by its partner delivery network, express post at $15 to $19 arriving in two to four days, and regular post at $10 in three to six days, shipped by Australia Post eParcel from Melbourne and Sydney fulfilment centres. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, and a tracking number is emailed on dispatch.

Big W and Kmart are discount department stores where gifts sit alongside groceries, clothing and furniture, with prices lowest on own-brand lines. GiftBox is a gift specialist: curated gifts for her, him and mum, novelty and cheeky gifts, barware, licensed collections and branded items from Victorinox, Zippo, JBL and Swig, with 277 stores for same-day Click & Collect and a 100-day change-of-mind window. Choose the department store for basics; choose GiftBox for a wrapped-and-ready branded gift. GiftBox orders earn ShopBack Cashback when started from the ShopBack GiftBox page.

JB Hi-Fi is a full-range electronics retailer with the deepest selection of consoles, TVs and computers. GiftBox carries a gift-sized tech edit: JBL speakers, headphones, Cygnett and Moki accessories, digital cameras, smart charging, Nintendo and PlayStation digital gaming products, and retro arcade cabinets from Arcade1Up and My Arcade. For a console or laptop, JB Hi-Fi is the obvious store; for a stocking-filler gadget or an arcade machine with Click & Collect from a local store, GiftBox fits. Note that ShopBack pays a lower Cashback tier on arcade machines than on the rest of the GiftBox range.

GiftBox's refunds and returns page gives you 100 days from the date of purchase to return products for a full refund or exchange under its GiftBox Guarantee, provided they are unused, in saleable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, with refunds made to the original payment method. Online orders can be returned to any Smokemart & GiftBox store or posted to a fulfilment centre. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on personalised or engraved products, prepaid gift cards, phone recharges, or phones and connected devices unsealed from their packaging. Faulty goods are handled separately under Australian Consumer Law.

Go through ShopBack before you pay and the Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account. The ShopBack GiftBox page publishes a separate rate for Arcade1Up and My Arcade cabinets.

GiftBox says it has a 100-day change-of-mind window for returns in store or by post.
