Express is $14.49 at 1 to 4 days metro or 1 to 7 regional, and Same Day for selected Brisbane postcodes is $19.99. A temporary $0.50 fuel surcharge applies. Click and Collect is free at every store except Harbour Town, Brisbane DFO and Perth Watertown, is usually ready within 12 hours and is held for 10 days.

City Beach accepts change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method or a City Beach gift card, as long as the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Underwear, pierced jewellery, face masks, swimwear with the hygiene strip removed and opened Meta sunglasses are excluded, and gift cards are non-refundable. Return postage is at your cost unless you add Checkout+ in the cart, which gives a free return label for 30 days after delivery. Faulty goods fall under the Australian Consumer Law.

Buying direct from one brand gets you its full range and membership perks, but every brand means a separate cart, shipping fee and returns process. City Beach puts Nike, adidas, Billabong, Converse and Vans in one checkout with one shipping fee, free Click and Collect at most stores and a single 30-day returns window. As of early October 2026 the ShopBack City Beach page notes Australia Post delays on orders to WA, SA and NT after recent weather events, and that WA customers get free Express Shipping on orders over $100 while standard shipping to WA is paused.
