The ShopBack Airwallex page is a business sign-up offer, not a retail purchase. Cashback is listed against the first transaction after sign-up, and the ShopBack exclusions name KYC Submit and KYC Approved as steps that do not pay on their own. Airwallex Australia publishes three plans on its pricing page, in AUD inclusive of GST and charged per legal entity. Explore is $0 a month if you deposit at least $5,000 a month or hold a $10,000 minimum balance, otherwise $29. Grow is $99 a month and adds expense management, bill pay for up to 500 bills a month, approvals and up to 50 free company cards. Accelerate starts from $999 a month for multi-entity management, purchase orders and a dedicated account manager. Explore and Grow include a free one month trial. Per transaction fees for FX, transfers and payments, plus per active spend user fees, apply on top.

The ShopBack Airwallex terms define eligible first transactions as valid and completed foreign exchange conversions, payment acceptance and card payments generated by the newly signed-up business, excluding any Excluded Amounts set out in the Airwallex terms. Submitting or passing KYC, funding an account, or opening a currency wallet does not count. In practice that means converting a balance, taking a customer payment through Airwallex checkout or a payment link, or spending on an Airwallex card. The cashback then tracks against that transaction and confirms once Airwallex validates it.

Explore covers the money movement core: multi-currency accounts, free transfers to more than 120 countries, interbank FX, ABA batch transfers, company and employee cards with zero international fees, up to 10 free company cards and payment acceptance. Grow is for businesses that want to control team spend: international batch transfers, expense management with receipt matching, domestic and international bill pay, multi-layer approvals and the AI expense policy agent. If your pain is paying overseas suppliers, Explore is enough; if it is reimbursements and approvals, Grow earns its fee. Both are signed up through the same flow the ShopBack Airwallex offer tracks.

Airwallex does not run a points scheme, but its Australian site has a Rewards page of partner offers that account holders redeem from inside their Airwallex account. Listed examples include fee rebates on Wayflyer funding, discounted pricing from a payment services partner, savings on Reviews.io, legal plan discounts and free shipping credits with logistics partners. These are Airwallex partner perks and sit apart from ShopBack cashback, which only pays on the first eligible transaction after a sign-up started from the ShopBack Airwallex page.

An Airwallex business account in Australia gives you Borderless Cash accounts with local bank details in more than 20 currencies, transfers to more than 200 countries with 93 per cent arriving the same day according to Airwallex, FX conversion at interbank rates, Yield on idle AUD and USD balances, Visa company and employee cards with spend limits set in real time, and automatic transaction sync to Xero, QuickBooks or NetSuite. There is no retail style sale calendar for Airwallex. The standing offers on its Australian pricing page are a free one month trial on the Explore and Grow plans and a waived Explore monthly fee for businesses that deposit at least $5,000 a month or hold a $10,000 balance. Partner rewards rotate on the Rewards page. ShopBack adds a one-off cashback amount for a new business that signs up via the ShopBack Airwallex page and completes a first transaction, so time the sign-up to your first supplier payment or FX conversion to stack the two.

Airwallex Cashback follows the first transaction Airwallex validates. Excluded Amounts under the Airwallex terms are removed before validation. Once the first transaction is validated and the Cashback confirms, later plan or account changes do not change it. One sign-up Cashback applies per new business.
