You won't get Cashback on:

  • Any booking where the operating airline is not Virgin Australia
  • Ancillary products for hotels, cars, extra seats, baggage or insurance which are made through manage your booking, check-in or in non-flight related booking platforms
  • Bookings paid partially or in full with Velocity Points
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
  • Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Booking fees · Credit card charges

  • No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • We can only track your Cashback if you show up for your booking.
  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Virgin Australia Flights terms and conditions

  • Cashback is not applicable for purchases made via the Virgin Australia Flights app.
  • Cashback may not be available until 120 days after the completion of travel.
  • Cashback not available until full completion of a flight. In the case of return flights, completion is satisfied once both flights have been completed.
  • Domestic flights are all flights departing to/arriving within Australia.
  • International Short Haul flights are all flights departing to/arriving from countries with South East Asia & the Pacific; or crossing the Tasman.
  • Additional cashback only eligible when upgrading to Economy X upon booking the main fare. Cashback does not apply on post booking upgrades.
