Exclusions

You won't get Cashback on:

  • Any expenditure outside of the room rate (eg. in-room dining, spa etc)
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
  • Other loyalty programmes unless otherwise stated
  • Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Service charges · Booking fees · Credit card charges

Any exceptions will be at the store's discretion.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

  • No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • We can only track your Cashback if you show up for your booking.

Tracking disclaimers

  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Other terms and conditions

Stayz terms and conditions:
  • Cashback is payable based on the booking value (owner fees excluded).
  • The use of Reward Points will result in $0 Cashback
  • Cashback is not applicable for bookings made via the Stayz app.
  • New owner listings must be a vacation rental listing that is new to HomeAway, not a renewal.
  • New owner listings that are renewals, cancellations, unpaid, or incomplete will not be paid.
  • Vacation rental owners have 24 hours to accept or decline an online booking request.
  • Refer-A-Friend coupon codes, which are coupon codes that start with 'RAF' are not eligible for Cashback.

  • Remember to check T&Cs
    Check carefully for Cashback exclusions and caps before you buy or book to avoid disappointment. Don't forget the terms and conditions on any promotion and campaign pages.
  • Restart from this platform every time
    Complete your shopping in one go: Always start from this platform to visit the store directly, for every new transaction. If your store visit is interrupted by an app update or download screen, restart your shopping from our platform.
  • Don't use adblockers or click on other links
    Don't click on any third party links or extensions or use VPN or adblocking software, as they could result in your Cashback not being tracked. Some examples include: Facebook ads, Google Ads, other loyalty or cashback extension links.
  • Empty shopping cart first
    For Stayz, you need to clear your cart, close the Stayz app, open this platform to visit the Stayz app or website and complete your purchase there in order to earn Cashback. You need to do this for each purchase.
  • Restart from this platform if payment fails
    If you encounter payment errors during your purchase, you should restart your visit to the Stayz website or app from this platform to ensure that your Cashback continues to be tracked.
  • Accept all cookies from the store
    Stayz can only confirm to us that a transaction is recorded if you accept all cookies that appear on their pages.
