SHOKZ

Shokz is a consumer electronics brand that designs bone conduction and open-ear headphones, meaning the speakers sit in front of or on the ear rather than inside it so you still hear your surroundings. The Australian store at shokz.com.au is run by Shokz Global Limited and sells the OpenRun sports headbands, OpenSwim Pro for swimming, OpenFit and OpenDots open earbuds, OpenComm and OpenMeet headsets for calls, the entry-level OpenMove and accessories. Click through from the ShopBack Shokz page before you order to earn cashback at the current published rate.

Shokz Australia does not run a points-based loyalty programme. It offers a student discount through a Student Beans verification page and a separate Exclusive Discount page for eligible groups, and shoppers can create an account to track orders and activate the extended warranty. No code needed: go through ShopBack before you pay and part of what you spend comes back as Cashback.

As of 4 October 2026 the shokz.com.au page list shows dated campaigns including an EOFY Sale with a preheat phase, Black Friday preheat promotions with lucky-draw terms, a Christmas Wish and Win event and a Melbourne Marathon tie-in offering a marathon entry prize. For the rest of 2026 the Australian calendar gives you Black Friday on 27 November, Cyber Monday on 30 November and Boxing Day from 26 December. ShopBack also upsizes Shokz cashback periodically, so compare the live Shokz price with the ShopBack rate on the day you buy.

Shokz Australia ships orders within two to three business days of payment. Standard delivery costs $9.95 and is free on orders over $80, arriving in two to nine business days after dispatch. Express delivery costs $14.95, arrives in one to four business days and is available to mainland Australia only. Processing can slow during major promotions and public holidays, and a tracking number is emailed on dispatch.

Shokz open-ear and bone conduction headphones leave the ear canal uncovered, so you hear cars, cyclists and other runners, and the OpenRun family carries sweat and water resistance ratings for outdoor training. Apple AirPods Pro and Sony WF-1000XM earbuds seal the ear and offer active noise cancelling, which gives richer bass and isolation but blocks awareness. For road and trail running, Shokz suits safety-first listening; for flights and open offices, ANC in-ears win. Shokz orders earn ShopBack cashback when you click through from the ShopBack Shokz page. Shokz lists authorised Australian retailers through the Find A Store locator on shokz.com.au, so the same models are sold in stores. Buying direct gives you the 30-day satisfaction guarantee with a free return label, the extended warranty activation flow and direct warranty handling, while the return and refund policy states that products bought from an authorised reseller follow that reseller's returns rules. Only purchases made on shokz.com.au after clicking through from the ShopBack Shokz page earn cashback on this listing.

Shokz provides a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects on new products and one year on refurbished products, counted from the purchase date on your invoice, in addition to Australian Consumer Law rights. Shokz does not repair headphones; a confirmed defect is replaced with the same or a similar model after inspection at its warehouse, and it reimburses reasonable return postage. Claims need the serial number and proof of purchase. A warranty replacement is not a refund, so it leaves ShopBack cashback on the original order unaffected.

For running, the OpenRun Pro 2 is the flagship, OpenRun Pro the premium step down, OpenRun the standard model and OpenRun Air 2 the newest lightweight option, all bone conduction headbands. For swimming, OpenSwim Pro combines Bluetooth with onboard MP3 playback. For everyday listening, OpenDots clip-ons and OpenFit ear-hooks are open earbuds. For calls, OpenComm 2, OpenComm 2 UC and OpenMeet add microphones for hybrid working. Use the Compare Products page on shokz.com.au to check specifications; every range earns ShopBack cashback via the ShopBack Shokz page.

Go through ShopBack before you pay and the Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account. Open the Shokz page on ShopBack, continue to shokz.com.au and complete checkout. On your phone, open Shokz from the ShopBack app and finish the order there. Cashback typically tracks within two days and confirms after about 65 days. The Shokz page on ShopBack shows which purchases earn Cashback and the live rate.

Shokz accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price when the item is in resalable condition with its packaging and accessories, and it sends a return label at no charge once the request is approved. Cashback is based on what you keep: if you return or cancel part of an order, the Cashback adjusts to match. Shokz's Compare Products page helps you pick the right model before you buy.
