rebel

rebel Australia typically issues its own promo codes around headline sale windows (EOFY, Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Boxing Day), rebel Active Club member offers, and app-only campaigns, usually surfaced via the newsletter, the rebel app or the site banner. No code needed: go through ShopBack before you pay and part of what you spend comes back as Cashback.

For running shoes on rebel, the deepest discounts on hero silhouettes like Nike Pegasus, Adidas Ultraboost and ASICS Gel-Nimbus typically appear during EOFY, Click Frenzy, Black Friday and Boxing Day. Previous-generation colourways are usually the strongest value at any given moment, and the Deal of the Week window sometimes drops a specific model below RRP. The sale price is what you pay at rebel, and going through ShopBack before you pay means part of that spend comes back as Cashback.

rebel typically runs a major EOFY sale across the last two weeks of June, discounting footwear (Nike, Adidas, ASICS, Puma, New Balance, Under Armour), team sports gear (Wilson tennis, Kookaburra cricket) and gym equipment. Depth and specific SKU participation vary year to year, so previewing the newsletter or the rebel app the day before is a low-cost way to lock the price. During EOFY, the sale price is what you pay at checkout. Going through ShopBack before you pay is an essential step, and part of what you spend comes back as Cashback. Check the rate shown on ShopBack's rebel page before you buy.

rebel's Boxing Day sale (26 December, typically extending into early January) is one of the two deepest windows of the year alongside Black Friday. Historically, footwear and clearance activewear from Nike, Adidas, ASICS, Under Armour and Puma see the sharpest markdowns, and remaining stock on team sports gear (Wilson, Kookaburra) can drop below RRP. For a deeper look, see Nike Australia: Full Price vs Click Frenzy vs Boxing Day 2026.

For home gym equipment in Australia, rebel stocks a broad range of dumbbells, kettlebells, benches, cardio machines and yoga accessories, with the strongest value typically in EOFY (late June), Click Frenzy Main Event (November), Black Friday and Boxing Day. Larger cardio pieces sometimes qualify as Special Orders on rebel, which carry a lower Cashback rate through ShopBack Australia, so checking the current rate table on the ShopBack rebel page above before committing is worthwhile. Bulky items may also incur delivery fees above the free-shipping threshold.

rebel's Deal of the Week is a rotating single-product or single-category promotion (e.g. a specific Nike Pegasus colourway, an Adidas Ultraboost model, a set of dumbbells) discounted for a limited window, typically Monday to Sunday. It's a lower-friction way to catch a discrete markdown between headline sales like EOFY and Boxing Day. Sign up to the rebel newsletter or check the site banner each Monday, then go through ShopBack before you pay so part of what you spend on the deal comes back as Cashback.

For sports and athletic categories in Australia, rebel is the deepest specialist assortment (footwear from Nike, Adidas, ASICS, Under Armour, Puma, New Balance, plus team sports gear like Wilson tennis and Kookaburra cricket, plus gym equipment). THE ICONIC undercuts on lifestyle activewear and fashion-forward silhouettes during its own sale events but does not carry team sports or gym equipment. JB Hi-Fi does not compete on athletic apparel or footwear at a meaningful scale. For a sports-specific purchase, comparing rebel's current sale plus ShopBack Australia Cashback rate against THE ICONIC's is usually the more useful comparison; check both merchant pages on ShopBack before deciding.

For football boots in Australia, rebel carries the deepest specialist range across Nike, Adidas and Puma boots (soft ground, firm ground and turf) plus AFL-specific models. The strongest-value windows are typically end-of-season clearance (September to October after AFL and A-League finals) and headline site-wide sales (EOFY, Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Boxing Day). Previous-generation silhouettes are usually the strongest value at any given moment.

rebel Active Club is rebel's free loyalty programme that unlocks member-only offers, early access to sale previews, and points or credits on eligible purchases that can be redeemed toward future orders. Signing in to a rebel Active Club account before checkout keeps benefits accruing. Active Club is rebel's own programme, separate from ShopBack Cashback, which starts from the rebel page on ShopBack before you pay.

rebel Active Club is rebel's free membership programme. Members typically get access to member-only offers, early sale previews and points or credits on eligible purchases that can be redeemed on future orders. Membership is signed up online via rebelsport.com.au or in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and other AU physical stores, and members can shop through rebelsport.com.au.

rebel stocks footwear from Nike, Adidas, ASICS, Under Armour, Puma and New Balance in Australian sizing (mens, womens, kids). Each brand runs slightly differently: Nike Pegasus typically fits true to size or a half-size down for narrow feet, Adidas Ultraboost tends to run true to size with a snug knit upper, ASICS Gel-Nimbus fits true to size with a wider toe box. rebel's size guides are linked on each product page, and physical stores across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and other AU cities support in-store try-on before ordering online through ShopBack Australia for Cashback.

rebel Australia typically accepts returns of unused, unworn items in original condition and packaging within a defined return window (see rebelsport.com.au for the current policy). Returns can usually be made in-store across AU physical locations or by mail. Cashback is based on what you keep: if you return or cancel part of an order, the Cashback adjusts to match.

Go through ShopBack before you pay and the Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account. Sign in to ShopBack Australia, open the rebel page and click through to rebelsport.com.au to complete the purchase. Cashback rates by category (standard, accessories, Special Orders) are shown in the rate table on the rebel page on ShopBack.

Accessories and Special Orders (bulky items like larger cardio equipment) typically earn a reduced rate compared with standard items; the current split is shown in the rate table on the rebel page on ShopBack.

After clicking through to rebel Australia from ShopBack and completing a purchase, the order is submitted to ShopBack by the merchant and typically appears as pending Cashback within a couple of days. Cashback confirms after the merchant's return window closes and the order is finalised.

The rebel page on ShopBack shows which categories earn Cashback and the live rate, and the list updates periodically.

rebel Cashback on ShopBack Australia typically shows as pending in your account within 48 hours of a tracked online purchase on rebelsport.com.au. Cashback confirms as redeemable to your withdrawable balance roughly 90 days after order date, once rebel reports the completed sale back to ShopBack and the returns window has closed.
