Pelago by Singapore Airlines

The cheapest Bali attraction bookings from Australia are usually day tours and multi-attraction combos on online platforms rather than the counter price, so compare operators, then book Pelago through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code. The platforms bundle transfer, guide and entry into one voucher paid in AUD. Popular Bali picks from AU include Ubud full-day tours (Tegalalang rice terraces, Tegenungan waterfall, Kintamani volcano), Uluwatu sunset plus Kecak dance, Waterbom Bali day pass, ATV quad-bike rides, white-water rafting on the Ayung river, and Nusa Penida boat day trips from Sanur. Compare the same tour operator across Pelago and Klook before booking; savings vary by operator and departure date.

Pelago says it issues its own promo codes around new-user signup, major regional sale windows (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) and category campaigns, plus an app-only code for in-app bookings, so book through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code.

Pelago is a Singapore Airlines company, and Pelago says eligible bookings earn KrisFlyer Miles when your KrisFlyer number is linked at booking, with KrisFlyer members able to redeem miles towards Pelago purchases at checkout. Because KrisFlyer is a global Singapore Airlines loyalty programme, Australian travellers holding a KrisFlyer account (including PPS Club) can earn on eligible Pelago bookings paid in AUD or SGD from Australia. Miles are KrisFlyer's own reward; Cashback comes from starting the booking on ShopBack.

Pelago's Bangkok catalogue for Australian travellers covers the standard day-trip circuit (Grand Palace and temple tours, Damnoen Saduak floating market, Ayutthaya day trip, Chao Phraya dinner cruise), Bangkok attractions (SEA LIFE Ocean World, Madame Tussauds, ICONSIAM Sky Walk), day-spa vouchers, and cross-border Pattaya day trips. Cheapest same-tour bookings are usually the earliest weekday departures. Compare the same operator on Pelago and Klook before locking in, and activate ShopBack Australia on the Pelago page above before clicking through to earn Cashback on the AUD-billed booking.

For Australian travellers heading to Japan, Pelago's Tokyo catalogue covers the standard demand (Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea tickets, Universal Studios Japan Express Passes from Osaka, Shinkansen and JR Pass, teamLab Planets and teamLab Borderless, Mount Fuji day tours from Tokyo, Shibuya Sky, TeamLabs), Kyoto walking tours, Osaka food tours, and Japan eSIMs. Cheapest same-ticket bookings are usually earliest weekday departures and combo passes over single-attraction tickets. Compare the same product across Pelago and Klook before booking, and activate ShopBack Australia before clicking through.

For Australian travellers visiting Singapore (often on the same SIA long-haul or Scoot itinerary), Pelago's Singapore catalogue is the deepest of any online travel platform since Pelago is a Singapore Airlines company. Popular picks include Universal Studios Singapore dated tickets and combo passes (park plus Adventure Cove, park plus S.E.A. Aquarium), Gardens by the Bay OCBC Skyway, Singapore Cable Car, Night Safari, River Wonders, Marina Bay Sands SkyPark, ArtScience Museum, and Sentosa fun-pass bundles. Compare the same dated ticket across Pelago and Klook before booking. Activate ShopBack Australia on the Pelago page above before clicking through.

All four sit in the attractions-and-tours booking category with heavy operator overlap. From an Australian booker's perspective, Pelago leans stronger on Singapore Airlines route destinations, KrisFlyer earn, and Southeast Asia plus Japan curation. Klook has the deepest theme-park and eSIM catalogue across Asia. GetYourGuide is typically deeper on Europe and North America. Viator (Tripadvisor-owned) is deepest on North America and Europe with broad global coverage. For any given AU trip, the more useful comparison is the same-operator price on the same date across the four platforms plus the current ShopBack Cashback rate on each merchant page, rather than picking a platform once.

Pelago typically joins regional Asia-Pacific sale windows (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and year-end travel campaigns), with category discounts on attractions and tours and app-only Insider rates. Joining AU-specific windows like EOFY (late June) and Click Frenzy (May and November) varies year to year and is not mirrored every year across the SG and AU price surface. Previewing the site 1 to 2 days before an AU sale window is a low-cost way to lock in a price. During these sales, the sale price is what you pay at checkout. Going through ShopBack before you pay is an essential step, and part of what you spend comes back as Cashback. Check the rate shown on ShopBack's Pelago page before you buy.

For Australian travellers, the cheapest Pelago bookings usually cluster in three windows: (1) the new-user signup offer on your very first booking, (2) regional Asia-Pacific sale windows (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Black Friday, Cyber Monday), and (3) 4 to 8 weeks before the trip date for dated tours where operators release earlybird inventory. Weekday off-peak departures are typically cheaper than weekend peak departures for the same operator. Whichever window you catch, start from ShopBack before you pay so part of what you spend comes back as Cashback.

Pelago's Australia and New Zealand catalogue covers Cairns (Great Barrier Reef day tours, Kuranda Scenic Railway, Skyrail, Daintree Rainforest), Sydney and Melbourne day tours (Blue Mountains, Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island penguins), Uluru sunset tours, and New Zealand adventure hubs (Queenstown bungy and jetboat, Milford Sound cruise, Franz Josef glacier walks, Auckland Waiheke Island wine tours). Cheapest same-tour bookings are usually earliest weekday departures and combo passes. Compare the same operator across Pelago and Klook before booking, and activate ShopBack Australia on the Pelago page above.

Pelago says Singapore Airlines and Scoot passengers get a discount on Pelago bookings, subject to booking eligibility, cabin class and route. Australian travellers flying Scoot into Singapore (Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Perth) or SIA on the Australia-Singapore trunk may access it when the SIA or Scoot booking or KrisFlyer account is linked to the Pelago purchase. Discounts are published in SGD by Pelago; AUD equivalents are billed at the checkout exchange rate.

Pelago offers new-user signup promotions on your first bookings after signup, plus an app-only code for in-app bookings, so book through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code. Australian bookers can typically apply the signup offer on the desktop site, and eligibility varies by promotion.

Pelago runs app-only codes and offers on selected experiences that are not shown on desktop. For Cashback, start your booking from the Pelago page on ShopBack before you pay.

For Australian travellers arriving into Southeast Asia (Bali DPS, Bangkok BKK or DMK, Singapore SIN, Kuala Lumpur KUL, Ho Chi Minh SGN, Phuket HKT), Pelago and other online travel platforms typically undercut the airport-counter taxi rate on pre-booked private transfers, with a fixed price, English-speaking driver and named-sign meet at arrivals. Cheapest routes are usually shared shuttles for solo travellers and pre-booked private cars for groups of 3 or more. Book from Australia in AUD before the trip, compare the same route across Pelago and Klook, and activate ShopBack Australia on the Pelago page above to earn Cashback.

Pelago is a travel experiences platform for booking tours, attractions, activities, transfers, wellness and events across Asia Pacific. It is a Singapore Airlines company operated by Encounters Pte. Ltd., with strong coverage across Southeast Asia, Japan and Hong Kong, and a growing catalogue in Australia and New Zealand. Australian travellers can book in AUD and earn KrisFlyer Miles on eligible bookings. Pelago is also on ShopBack, where starting your booking brings part of what you spend back as Cashback.

Pelago is a Singapore Airlines subsidiary operated by Encounters Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered entity. Bookings are transacted directly on pelago.com and confirmed via e-voucher with QR code for redemption at the tour operator or attraction. Customer support and refund flows run through Pelago rather than third-party operators. Australian travellers can pay in AUD and receive the standard Pelago booking guarantee and support.

Pelago says cancellation and refund policy varies by activity, and the individual product page is the source of truth. Many attraction tickets and eSIMs allow free cancellation within a set window before the activity date, while dated tours, transfers, classes and time-bound experiences are often stricter or non-refundable. Refunds route through Pelago rather than the on-the-ground operator and are returned to the original AUD payment method.

Pelago's core coverage sits in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Pattaya, Bali, Ho Chi Minh, Sa Pa, Phuket), Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto), Hong Kong, and Australia plus New Zealand (Cairns, Sydney, Melbourne, Queenstown, Auckland). Singapore Airlines route destinations tend to have the deepest catalogues, which suits Australian travellers on SIA or Scoot itineraries transiting through Singapore. Bookable categories include tours, attraction tickets, transfers, eSIMs, wellness, cruises, theme parks, zoos, rail passes, food tours, water sports, classes and events.

KrisFlyer Miles and Pelago promo codes are Pelago's own offers, so book through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code. To earn Miles, link your KrisFlyer number at booking. Start from the Pelago page on ShopBack before you pay.
