1. What is ShopBack?

Where does the money come from? Well, our partners pay us a commission every time a successful order is placed through us. We share that commission with you, the customer, as cashback! 2. How do I know if my Cashback was credited into my ShopBack account?

Typically, your cashback will take up to 48 hours to be processed and credited into your ShopBack account. A notification will be sent to your e-mail account to notify you that your cashback has been successfully tracked. Alternatively, you can log in to your ShopBack account to access your full history of cashback events. 

ShopBack reserves the right to cancel or delay your Cashback payment should a partner store alter their policies or delay their commission payments.

3. Can I have adBlock/uBlock installed and still earn Cashback?

Please note the use of adblock/uBlock software may affect Cashback tracking. If installed, please disable your ad blocking software entirely during your shopping sessions.

4. What is Bonus Cashback?

A bonus cashback is an incentive that we reward you for completing an action. Usually in the form of a sign up bonus or an additional reward for making specific purchases. 

Your bonus cashback may be credited at a later time, according to the promotion terms and conditions.  

Bonus cashback will appear in your pending earnings, however, you will need to earn an extra $10 cashback from purchases and ensure that the $10 is confirmed to withdraw the bonus cashback.
