Members of ShopBack (Applicant) who settle a new home loan through Finspo (broker) of $250,000 or more will be eligible for a $500 payment into their ShopBack account if they meet the following conditions (Finspo and ShopBack Offer Terms & Conditions):
- The Applicant must be a new client to Finspo that has not settled a home loan with Finspo before. The Applicant is eligible for a $500 payment into their ShopBack account if they i) make a home loan enquiry via the ShopBack Finspo landing page, ii) are eligible for benefits through the ShopBack platform and iii) as a result of that enquiry settle a loan of $250,000 or more using a Finspo broker and become a Finspo home loan client as a result of that enquiry within 365 days of the enquiry being made. The Applicant is only eligible to receive a $500 payment into their ShopBack account for their first home loan at Finspo.
- At least one applicant must be a current ShopBack account holder at enquiry.
- Where the Applicant applies for multiple home loans in a single application, the value of the combined loans must be greater than $250,000 to be eligible for the payment.
- Payment will only be provided after settlement of the Applicant's home loan and satisfaction of qualifying conditions as detailed above.
- Payment can take up to 7 days to appear as "Pending" in your ShopBack account upon a completed enquiry with Finspo. It can take up to 30 days after the applicable home loan has settled for the transaction to appear as “Approved” within your account. Cashback will be released once the transaction is marked as approved in your ShopBack account. Any deviation to this timeline is the responsibility of ShopBack. Finspo’s obligation to make this payment to you is satisfied when payment is made by Finspo to ShopBack and/or its suppliers. Where there are multiple Applicants on a home loan, only one Applicant will be eligible for the payment.
- Finspo may at its discretion cancel a payment without notice to the Applicant, if Finspo forms an opinion that the Finspo and ShopBack Offer Terms & Conditions have not been complied with.
- Finspo reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this offer or these conditions Finspo will honour any eligible, in progress applications before we do so. Finspo will not provide a payment offer for any situations that are deemed by it, in its absolute discretion, to be unreasonable, unlawful or for any other reason we believe are not in the spirit of the Finspo and ShopBack Offer.
- All other Finspo Terms & Conditions remain valid and binding on you and are not superseded by these Finspo and ShopBack Offer Terms & Conditions.
