• Exchange your ShopBack Swap Card for any available participating retailer Gift Card of your choice.
• Must exchange for a Gift Card of an equal amount.
• Card has a 36-month expiry date for users to redeem the value for a Retailer Gift Card of choice.
• Once the new Gift Card has been selected new expiry dates will be set and terms and conditions apply to the specific Retailer Gift Card chosen.
• Some denominations are not valid at some retailers.

Redemption Instructions

1. Open the ShopBack App: Go to the "Account" tab and click "Gift Cards"
2. Find Your Card: Locate your ShopBack Super Swap Card and tap "See Voucher."
3. Unwrap Your Gift: A new browser window will open. Tap "Unwrap Now."
4. Optional Prezzee Save: Click "Save your Prezzee"
5. Prezzee Account Choice: A pop-up will appear and you'll be prompted to save your card to Prezzee. You can either create an account/log in, or simply close the pop-up by clicking the "X" in the corner to continue without logging in.
6. Swap Your Card: Tap "Swap it for a brand card" and choose your preferred brand.
