Redemption Instructions

You can enter the gift card code into the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box at checkout.
The gift card code is 16 digits long, containing a mixture of numbers and letters. This is different to the order number starting with #AU.
We recommend copying & pasting the code to ensure there are no spaces or incorrect characters.
