Gift Card Activation and Redemption

• You must have an active and valid DiDi account to redeem a Gift Card.
• To activate your Gift Card, you must:
  • Have an active & valid DiDi account to redeem the gift card
  • Have an active DiDi rider App
  • Have at least one payment method in your DiDi account
• To redeem your Gift Card, you must:
  • Go to the "Promotions" section in the DiDi app
  • Tap "Enter here" and enter the promo code
  • Click "Apply" to redeem
• There is no fee to redeem a Gift Card.
• Once a Gift Card is applied to your DiDi account, you cannot transfer the Gift Card to another DiDi account.
• If you have multiple payment methods in your DiDi app, the Gift Card will become your default payment method / when you book a ride you will need to select to make your payment from the Gift Card.
• If the balance on your Gift Card is not sufficient to cover the cost of your ride with DiDi, you may be required to provide a secondary payment method to use a Gift Card. Expiry
• Gift Cards will expire [on the date shown on the card/[4] years after the date of purchase]. Upon expiry, the Gift Card will not be available for use.
• If there is any remaining balance on your Gift Card on the date of expiry, any remaining balance on the Gift Card will be forfeited.

• To check the balance of your Gift Card:
