HOW TO USE

1. Click “See Voucher” to start the process

2. Enter your details to register your digital card in the “My Prepaid Centre” and click Next

3. Set a PIN and password to create an account for easy retrieval of the card in future

4. Access the Card

• Option 1: Email: Check your email with the subject “My Prepaid Centre Card Registration Success” and click “Retrieve Card”
• Option 2: Website: Login to the “My Prepaid Centre” website with the details created above

To Use The Card

1. Online: Click the “Eye” to reveal the card details to use online

• Use by entering the required information on the Checkout page.
• Please note that online merchants cannot perform split tender payments, so the amount of the purchase needs to be less or equal to the value of the card.
• If the amount of your purchase is greater than the value of your card, please use the exchange card service to make a purchase.

2. Instore Option 1: Click the “Eye” to reveal the card details to use online.

• Copy card number, CCV & expiry manually into your phone's wallet.

3. Instore Option 2: Click “View Details”, then “More” then “Add Card to Wallet”

• If the value of the purchase is more than the amount of the gift card, you can supplement the additional value with cash or another payment method that is accepted by the merchant.
