Disney+ terms and conditions

Offer valid until withdrawn for new or eligible returning Disney+ subscribers with no current active subscription who are Australian residents and 18 years of age or older.

If you are an eligible subscriber, Shopback will credit your Shopback account with the cashback amount that was advertised for the type of subscription you signed up for, as it appeared at the time of your payment for a new Disney+ subscription. Shopback will credit you within 90 Days business days of the activation of your Disney+ subscription. Payment for a new Disney+ subscription must be made while the offer is available on Shopback to be eligible for the Shopback promotion at the advertised cashback amount.

Cashback on each offer may only be earned once per eligible Shopback member and/or eligible subscriber, and you acknowledge and agree that any attempts to redeem this offer more than once, will be ineligible and the offer will not be applied to any subsequent attempts. Offer valid on first year of an annual subscription only and will be ineligible upon subsequent renewals of your Disney+ subscription, or on cancelled, amended, or refunded transactions. In-app purchases via Google and Apple purchases are ineligible for these cashback offers.

To subscribe to Disney+ and create a new Disney+ account, you must provide valid payment details (credit card or PayPal account) to facilitate the renewal payment after the initial annual Disney+ subscription expires. Acceptance of the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, Disney+ Privacy Policy, and Disney+ Collection Statement is also required to subscribe to, access and use the Disney+ streaming service. 

If you sign up to a new annual Disney+ subscription, after your first initial year, your Disney+ subscription will continue to be automatically renewed for ongoing annual periods from the next billing date at the then-current annual retail price (currently $159.99 Inc. GST/year for Standard and $209.99 AUD incl. GST/ year for Premium). You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your billing period. 

If you sign up to a new monthly Disney+ subscription, after your first initial month, your Disney+ subscription will continue to be automatically renewed for ongoing monthly periods from the next billing date at the then-current monthly retail price (currently $15.99 Inc. GST/month for Standard and $20.99 AUD incl. GST/ month for Premium). You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your billing period. 

When streaming in Australia on mobile devices or download via 3G/4G/5G, data charges may apply. A supported device connected to the internet in Australia is required to access Disney+. You are responsible for all access, data and other costs associated with internet and mobile usage in accessing and using the Disney+ streaming service.
