• Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.

• Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

• *Offer valid between 12:01am, 19 February 2025 (AEDT) and 11.59pm, 31 December 2025 (AEDT) (“Promotional Period”) for new or eligible returning Disney+ subscribers with no current active subscription who are Australian residents and 18 years of age or older.
• If you are an eligible subscriber, you will receive from Shopback $15 (AUD) if you purchased a premium annual subscription or $12 (AUD) if you purchased a standard annual subscription. If you are an eligible subscriber, you will receive $1.50 (AUD) if you purchased a premium monthly subscription or $1.00 (AUD) if you purchased a standard monthly subscription. Shopback will credit your Shopback account within 75 business days of the activation of your Disney+ subscription. 
• Cashback on each offer may only be earned once per eligible Shopback member and/or eligible subscriber, and you acknowledge and agree that any attempts to redeem this offer more than once, will be ineligible and the offer will not be applied to any subsequent attempts. Offer valid on first year of an annual subscription only and will be ineligible upon subsequent renewals of your Disney+ subscription, or on cancelled, amended, or refunded transactions. Payment for a new Disney+ subscription must be made on or before the Promotional Period expiration date to be eligible for the Shopback promotion. In-app purchases via Google and Apple purchases are ineligible for these Cashback offers.
• To subscribe to Disney+ and create a new Disney+ account, you must provide valid payment details (credit card or PayPal account) to facilitate the renewal payment after the initial annual Disney+ subscription expires. Acceptance of the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, Disney+ Privacy Policy, and Disney+ Collection Statement is also required to subscribe to, access and use the Disney+ streaming service. 
• If you sign up to a new annual Disney+ subscription, after your first initial year, your Disney+ subscription will continue to be automatically renewed for ongoing annual periods from the next billing date at the then-current annual retail price (currently $209.99 AUD incl. GST/ year for Premium and $159.99 Inc. GST/year for Standard). You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your billing period. 
• When streaming in Australia on mobile devices or download via 3G/4G/5G, data charges may apply. A supported device connected to the internet in Australia is required to access Disney+. To find out what devices and platforms are supported, see the Disney+ Help Centre. You are responsible for all access, data and other costs associated with internet and mobile usage in accessing and using the Disney+ streaming service. 
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, coupons, gift cards, discounts, or promotions.
