Bupa Health Insurance terms and conditions
Eligible Customers will receive from ShopBack ABN 97620158929 (ShopBack) up to $480 Cashback on the following terms and conditions. Eligibility: An Eligible Customer must:
(a) not have held Bupa health insurance in the 60 days prior to join date;
(b) be an Australian resident over the age of 18;
(c) take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy and maintain this policy and pay required premiums for 60 days by direct debit (excluding any free cover periods); via the ShopBack platform (please ensure that all cookies are enabled and accepted);
(d) the cashback amount will be applied within 30 days of all eligibility criteria being met, the amount of Cashback you are entitled to is dependent on the value of your first year’s premiums for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold at the time of meeting
all eligibility criteria (including any applicable Age Based Discount, Lifetime Health Cover loading or Australian
Government rebates); and (e) provide a valid email address.
